Shipping policy 


Dash Import Auto Parts LLC strives to ship "In-Stock" orders within one business day of receiving the order. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will only ship an order once it is 100% in stock unless partial order is requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply. 

Free shipping items (if offered) only apply for customers shipping within the continental US (48 states).

All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. We usually ship within one business day of the order acceptance. Orders will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday and on most of Federal Holidays . Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

 International Orders

Please be advised that any customs duties,  fees, or other taxes based on the product origin, destination and/or value, the country's import policy may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All duties,  fees, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will be charged to the customer. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC is not responsible for customs duties,  fees, or other taxes on returned items. Customers should contact their local Import/Customs authority for more information regarding import regulations. 

If the consignee/receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package that may be eventually destroyed by the shipping carrier. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages or related charges.


Damaged / Missing Items in Shipment


Missing Items or Items damaged during shipping to the customer from Dash Import Auto Parts LLC must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to thoroughly inspect all items as soon as they are delivered. Any damage reported after 10 days, forwarding, re-shipping or transfering will NOT be eligible for warranty or shipping damage claims. Be sure to keep any and all packing material with the box as it will be needed to properly conduct a shipping claim with the shipping courier. Please cooperate with the investigation and any questions that the carrier may have regarding the issue.

Replacement part(s) will re-ship as soon as we are informed of an accepted claim by the shipping courier. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will only provide replacement products for damaged or missing products. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will not provide refunds for any damaged or missing product under any circumstances.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable.


Lost Packages


If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of Dash Import Auto Parts LLC. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances for your order. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
