Returns
Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will accept returns for unused products within 60 days from the time that the order was delivered. If a product is returned within 30 days of the delivery date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. The Original shipping fee's are non-refundable (FREE shipping will be subject to actual shipping charges being non-refundable). Products must be new, unused, undamaged, without drilled holes, and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, still in a protective film not peeled off, etc.
If returned item is received damaged at Dash Import Auto Parts LLC, we will notify you and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We will not issue a refund for the returned damaged item. We are not responsible for improper packing by the shipper or any damage caused by the shipping carrier.Â
Any costs incurred by Dash Import Auto Parts LLC for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining an RMA number from Dash Import Auto Parts LLC, will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to.
After 30 days have passed since you have received the item, all sales are final.Â
Prior returning qualified products please contact our Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. Returns on all items are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
No returns or refunds on Clearance or Special Order products.Â
Clearance
Clearance sale products are "as is" with no returns, exchanges, or refunds. All clearance sales are final.Â
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
We will charge 5% cancellation fee on Special Order items.
Application / Fitment Issues
If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you believe that there is an error in our listing, please contact our Customer Service to obtain RMA number. We will review your RMA request, investigate the cause of the fitment problem, and make any corrections that are necessary to resolve the problem. In case of an error on our website or on behalf of a Dash Import Auto Parts LLC Representative, we will provide a label for your return. All products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, protective foil on the product, etc.
Replacement orders will be shipped only to the address used on the original order. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for checking the product application guide prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the parts you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. Part(s) ordered that are listed correctly on our website but ordered in error will require shipping to be paid by the customer.
Damaged / Missing Items in Shipment
Missing Items or Items damaged during shipping to the customer from Dash Import Auto Parts LLC must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to thoroughly inspect all items as soon as they are delivered. Any damage reported after 10 days, forwarding, re-shipping or transferring will NOT be eligible for warranty or shipping damage claims. Be sure to keep any and all packing material with the box as it will be needed to properly conduct a shipping claim with the shipping courier. Please cooperate with the investigation and any questions that the carrier may have regarding the issue.
Replacement part(s) will re-ship as soon as we are informed of an accepted claim by the shipping courier. FedEx or UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will only provide replacement products for damaged or missing products. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will not provide refunds for any damaged or missing product under any circumstances.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. FedEx or UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of Dash Import Auto Parts LLC. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete. Dash Import Auto Parts LLC will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances for your order. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
